Commission District(s):Citywide c.T R13477 - Buffer Wall Phase V II Design A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving execution of Task Authorization No. 20-19D with Stantec Consulting Services I nc. to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Design and Permitting of the Citywide Buffer W all Project, Phase V I I , which is generally located on the south side of Southgate Blvd. between NW 66th Terrace and Santa Monica Avenue, and the east side of Nob Hill Road between Southgate Blvd. and NW 81st Street, and north side of NW 81st Street between Nob Hill Road and NW 96th Terrace, in accordance with the City’s Continuing Service Agreement as authorized by Resolution R-2016-80; authorizing an expenditure for said purpose in an amount not to exceed $170,104.00; providing for conflict; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
