deposes and says of his personal knowledge that he, as an authorized agent for the Corp

2) There is a confidentiality agreement between Ms. Gomez and the Firm which expressly
prohibits the disclosure of any compensation or remuneration paid to Ms. Gomez by the
Firm.
3) Disclosure of such information would be a violation of this confidentiality agreement.
4) This sworn statement is submitted pursuant to Section 1-19(c)(2)(b) of the Broward
County Code of Ordinances.
