of Tamarac; that I am over the age of eighteen; that I have paid the qualifying fee for said office;
that my resident address is within the boundaries required for the office; that I will uphold the
provisions of the City charter; and that I possess all of the qualifications and have fully satisfied
all conditions precedent to such candidacy, pursuant to the provisions of the Charter of said
