be held in the City on LO1L. I do further state that I am a bonafide citizen
of the United States of America, a registered voter in Broward County, and a resident of the City
of Tamarac; that I am over the age of eighteen; that I have paid the qualifying fee for said office;
that my resident address is within the boundaries required for the office; that I will uphold the
provisions of the City charter; and that I possess all of the qualifications and have fully satisfied
all conditions precedent to such candidacy, pursuant to the provisions of the Cha of said
