Pine Island Road by Anh Ton, P.E., Director, Broward County Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division 2. TR13234 - Design Build of Sports Complex Concession Building A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate City Officials to Award RFP #18-16R and execute an Agreement with West Construction, Inc., for the design/build of Tamarac Sports Complex Concession Building for an amount not to exceed $1,174,243; a contingency amount of $117,424 will be added to the project account for a total project budget of $1,291,667-1 authorizing expenditures from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Parks & Recreation Director Greg Warner, Assistant Public Services Director John Doherty and Purchasing/Contracts Manager Keith Glatz Commission District(s): District 3 3.
