HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024-04-08 - City Commission Workshop Meeting AgendaCITY OF TAMARAC CITY COMMISSION WORKSHOP Conference Room 105 Monday, April 8, 2024 10:00 AM Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance: Commissioner Elvin Villalobos 1.Agenda 1.a Neighborhood Improvement District Discussion Requested by Commissioner, Marlon Bolton Presentation by Maxine Calloway, Assistant City Manager and Community Development Director 1.b TO2552 - An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, adopting the First (1st) Budget Amendment to the City of Tamarac operating budget, revenues and expenditures, the capital budget, and the financial policies for the Fiscal Year 2024, by increasing the total revenues and expenditures by a total of $5,147,461 as detailed in Attachment “A” attached hereto and summarized in Attachment “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein; providing that the 1st Amendment is being adopted in the same manner as the original budget and serves as the new adopted budget: providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. 1.c Vice Mayor Rotation Discussion Presented by City Clerk Kimberly Dillon 1.d Discussion and Direction on allocation of the Woodlands Development Agreement $925,000 Developer contribution for distribution to various Homeowner Associations outside of the Woodlands Community impacted by the Development of the Project (Paragraph 21(c)). Presented by Assistant City Manager & Community Development Director, Maxine Calloway 1.e Discussion on AHAC Requested by Commissioner Elvin Villalobos 1.f Cancellation of the April 22, 2024 Regular Commission Meeting. Adjournment The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission Workshop.
