AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TERMS OF THL
MUNICIPAL COURT, EMPOWERING THE MUNICIPAL
JUDGE TO FIX THE TIMES FOR THE CONVENING
THEREOF AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1. Terms. The Municipal Court shall hold one or more
weekly terms of court when necessary for the trial of all
persons charged with violation of the laws of the City.
SECTION 2. Hours of Court. The Municipal Court shall convene
at such hours as the Municipal Judge shall from time to time
designate by official order filed with the Clerk of Court and
the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. Code. Sections 1 and 2 above shall be included
in the Tamarac City Code.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective
upon its �fanal. passage.

PASSED SECOND READING THIS 7th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963.
PASSED THIRD READING THIS 4th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1964.
