ORDINANCE NO. 64-2
AN ORDINANCE; REQUIRING PERSONS MAKING APPLI-
CATIONS TO THE CITY REQUIRING PUBLIC NOTICE
TO DEPOSIT THE COST AND EXPENSE OF NOTICE
WITH THE CITY, AND REQUIRING CITY OFFICERS
TO COLLECT SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Deposit of Cost of Notice.
Whenever any application is made to, the City for the
granting of a permit of any kind whereby it is necessary to
publish a newspaper notice or to notify property owners or.
others by mail, the person making application shall deposit
with the City the estimated cost and expense of such notice,
and the amount so estimated shall be deposited in the City
Treasury.
SECTION 2. Officers' Duty.
The Officers of the City with whom such application as
provided in Section 1 hereof may be filed, shall be charged
with the duty of collecting such expenses and costs.
SECTION 3. Code.
Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance shall be included
in the Tamarac City Code.
