AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A MONTHLY CHARGE
FOR WATER FURNISHED BY THE CITY TO SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Monthly Charge.
There is hereby imposed against all consumers of water
supplied by the City to single-family residential units a
monthly charge of three and seventy-five one --hundredths dollars
($3.75).
SECTION 2_ Code.
Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be included in the
Tamarac City Code.
• SECTION 3. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall be effective March 1., 1964.
