AN ORDINANCE AUTMORILING THE PROrER OFFICERS
OF THE CITY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR TIME
REMOVAL OF GARBAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The proper officers of -the City are hereby auth-
orizcd and directed to enter into an agreement- with All Service
Refuse Company for the removal and disposal of garbage and
trash within the City.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective March 1, 1964.
PASSED FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD READINGS THIS 2nd DAY OF MARCH,
1964.
