ORDINANCE NO. 64-5
AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING UPON CERTAIN LANDOWNERS
IN TAMARAC LAKES SUBDIVISION A MONTHLY CHARGE
FOR MAINTENANCE, AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO
COLLECT THE SAME, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby imposed upon each owner of an improved
lot in the subdivision of TAMARAC LAKES, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, a monthly charge of $13.00, said
charge to be payable on the first day of each month from and after
April 1, 1964.
SECTION 2. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term "im;.)roved
lot" shall be construed to mean a parcel of land upon, which has
been constructed a residence building for which an occupancy per-
mit has been issued by the City.
SECTION 3. The sums received by the City pursuant to Section 1
above shall be used by it to defray the cost of maintaining the
sprinkler system, lawn maintenance and spraying, exterior building
maintenance, and operation and maintenance of recreation facili-
ties, as required by paragraphs 5 and 6 of those certain Use and
Building Restrictions recorded March 5, 1964, in Broward County,
Florida, Official Records Book 2776, at Page 450.
SECTION 4. The Clerk shall collect the sums received pursuant to
Section 1 above and deposit the same among the general funds of
the City_
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be effective the 1st day of April.
