AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING UPON CERTAIN LANDOWNERS IN
TAMARAC LAKES SUBDIVISION A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR
RECREATION LEASE, AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO COLLECT
AND DISBURSE TIIE SAME, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby imposed upon each owner of an improved
lot in the subdivision of TAMARAC LAKES, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, a monthly charge of $10.00, said
charge to be payable on the first day of each month from and after
April 1, 1964.
SECTION 2. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term "improved
lot" shall be construed to mean a parcel of land upon, which has
been constructed a residence building for which an occupancy per-
mit has been issued by the City.
SECTION 3. The sums collected by the Clerk under Section 1 above
shall be disbursed by the Clerk to the Lessor under that certain
Lease dated March 25, 1964, recorded March 26, 1964, in Broward
County, Florida, Official Records Book 2779, Page 97, and assigned
by the Lessee therein to the City by Assignment of Lease dated
March 27, 1964, and recorded March 31, 1964, in Broward County,
Florida, Official Records Book 2782, Page 230.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be effective April 1, 1964.
