AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING UPON CERTAIN LANDOWNERS IN
TAMARAC LAKES, SECOND SECTION, SUBDIVISION A
MONTHLY CIIARGE FOR MAINTENANCE, AUTHORIZING THE
CLERK TO COLLECT THE SAME, AND PROVIDING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1_ There is hereby imposed upon each owner of an .improved
lot in the subdivision of TAMARAC LAKES, SECOND SECTION, a monthly
charge of $13.00, said charge to be payable on the first day of
each month from and after October 1, 1964.
SECTION 2. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term "improved
lot" shall be construed to mean a parcel of land upon which has
been constructed a residence building for which an occupancy per-
mit has been issued by the City.
USECTION 3. The sums received by the City pursuant to Section 1
above shall be used by it to defray the cost of maintaining the
sprinkler system, lawn maintenance and spraying, exterior building
maintenance, and operation and maintenance of recreation facili-
ties, as required by paragraphs 5 and 6 of those certain Use and
Building Restrictions recorded March 5, 1964, in Broward County,
Florida, Official Records Book 2776, at Page 450.
SECTION 4. The Clerk shall collect the sums received pursuant to
Section 1 above and deposit the same among the general funds of
the City.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be effec�ive the 1st day of Octo-
ber, 1964.
