AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO ACCEPT A
BUILDER'S COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF A
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IN THE ADMINISTRATION
OF ORDINANCES NUMBERED 64-5, 64-6, 64-7 AND
64-8, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLOh.. ",.
SECTION 1. In lieu of the requirement for a certificate of occu-
pancy contained in Sections 2 of Ordinances Numbered 64-5, 64--6,
64-7 and 64-8, the Clerk is authorized to accept an affidavit of
the builder of a residence unit that said unit has been completed
and is ready for occupancy, said affidavit to be known as a
"builder's completion affidavit".
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective as of April 1, 1964.

1964.
