AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SPEED LIMIT FOR PROSPECT
ROAD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA MODEL
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, HERETOFORE ADOPTED BY THE CITY
OF TAMARAC AS ORDINANCE NO. 3-63, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l - Speed Limit for Pros ect Road. A speed limit of 35
miles per hour is hereby imposed upon all portions of Prospect Road
lying within the limits of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2 - Amendment of Ordinance No. 3-63. The provisions of
Section 186.0194-Schedule I-(4) are hereby amended by inserting
under the column headed "Name of Street" the entry "Prospect Road"
and under the column headed "Speed Limit" the entry "35 miles per
hour".
SECTION 3 -- Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
