ORDINANCE NO. 66-3
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS CONTIGUOUS TO
THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter -described tract of land is con-
tiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10)
registered voters, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said tract of land has petitioned
the City of Tamarac to integrate said land into said City, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is empowered to annex said
land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The Council hereby declares its intention to annex
the following -described tract to the City at the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the approval of this Ordinance, to -wit:
The southwest one --quarter (SW 1/4) of the north-
east one -quarter (NE 1/4) of the northeast one -
quarter (NE 1/4) of the northeast one -quarter
(NE 1/4); the west one-half (W 1/2) of the south-
east one -quarter (SE 1/4) of the northeast one -
quarter (NE 1/4) of the northeast one -quarter
(NE 1/4); the southwest one -quarter (SW 1/4) of
the northeast one --quarter (NE 1/4) of the north--
east one --quarter (NE 1/4); the east three--
quarters (E 3/4) of the south one-half (S 1/2)
of the northwest one -quarter (NW 1/4) of the
northeast one --quarter (NE 1/4); the west one-

half (W 1/2) of the southwest one -quarter. (SW 1/4)
of the northwest one -quarter (NW 1/4) of the
northeast one -quarter (NE 1/4); and the southeast
one -quarter (SE 1/4) of the northeast one -quarter
(NE 1/4) of the northwest one -quarter (NW 1/4);
all in Section 17, Township 49 South, Range 42
.East, Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become in full force and effect
iizuiiediately upon its final. passage.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be passed on three readings at
one meeting of the Council.
