ORDINANCE NO. 66-4
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CITY OF
TAMARAC AND REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described tract of land is con-
tiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10)
registered voters, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said tract of land has petitioned
the City of Tamarac to .integrate said land into said City, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is empowered to annex said
land pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.37 of Chapter 63-1970,
Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1963, the same being the Chapter
of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City did by Ordinance No. 66-3 declare its
intention to annex the said tract of land, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 66-3 was duly published as
required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The following described tract of land be and the same
Is hereby annexed to the City of Tamarac, to -wit:
The Southwest one -quarter (SWi/4) of the Northeast
one --quarter (NEl/4) of the Northeast one -quarter
( NE1/4 ) of the Northeast one -quarter ( NE1./4) ; the
West one-half (Wl/2) of the Southeast one -quarter
(SE1/4) of the Northeast one -quarter (NE1/4) of the
Northeast one -quarter (NE1/4); the Southwest one -
quarter (SWl/4) of the Northeast one -quarter (NE1/4)
of the Northeast one -quarter (NE1/4); the East three-
quarters (E3/4) of the South one-half (Sl/2) of the
Northwest one -quarter (1VW1/4) of the Northeast one -
quarter (NEi/4); the West one-half (W1/2) of the
Southwest one -quarter (SWl/4) of the Northwest one-

quarter ( NW1/11) of the Northeast one -quarter ( N-,l/4) ;
and the Southeast one -quarter (SE1/4) of the Nort.iGast
one -quarter (NE1/4) of the Northwest one -quarter
(NW1/4); all in Section 17, Township 49 South, Range
112 East, Broward. County, Florida.
SECTSON 2. The corporate limites of the City of Tamarac are hereby
redefined to include the foregoing described tract of land as
follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South
one-half of the Southwest one --quarter (swi/4) of
.Section 16, Township 49 South, Range 42 East,
Broward County, Florida; thence Easterly along
the North line of said South one-half (Sl/2) of
the Southwest one --quarter (SWl/4) a distance of
435 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence con-
tinuing Easterly along the last described course,
a distance of 2193.94 feet, more or less, to the
Northeast corner of the Southeast one -quarter
(SF.1/4) of the Southwest one -quarter (SW1/4) of said
Section 16; thence S-11 19' 46"-E, along; the East
line of said Southeast one -quarter (SE1/4) of

1016.92 feet to a point; thence N-77° 39' 11"--W,
a distance of 1353.68 feet to a point; thence

the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a
