CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS CON-
TIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES THEREOF;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described tract of land is con-
tiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten regis-
tered voters, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said tract of land has petitioned
the City of Tamarac to integrate said lands into said City, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is empowered to annex said
lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: The Council hereby declares its intention to
annex to the City, upon the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the approval of this Ordinance, those lands legally described
as follows:
All that part of tract 11 of FORT LAUDERDALE
TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION of Section 3, Township
49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
Containing 39.986 acres.
SECTION 2: That the petitioner as aforementioned, shall
provide to the City the necessary funds for the required publica-
tion of this Ordinance prior to the filing of the required
publication.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraphs, sentence

or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.

as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast cornea of said Section 4; thence
N-00 12' 16" - W, alone the Fast line of said Section 4, a
distance of 1638.01 feet; thence N--890 Olt 50" - W, a dis-
tance of 931.01 feet to the Point of Beginning of this des-- <
cription; thence continuing N--890 Olt 50" - W, a distance of
792.47 feet to an intersection with the arc of a circular
