CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NUMBER
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REGULAR MEETING
DATE AND TIME; ESTABLISHING AN ALTERNATIVE
DATE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the city charter of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, provides that regular meetings of the City Council
are to be held once a month, and
WHEREAS, the City charter of the City of Tamarac,
Florida provides that regular meetings are to be established
by ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: The regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida, shall be held on the 1st.
Wednesday after the 1st. Thursday of each month at 10:00 A.M.
SECTION 2: Should the regular meeting date fall on
a legal holiday, the meeting shall automatically be re -set
to the following Wednesday of that month.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conf list.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance to become effective on
June 17, 1971.
