ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 71-17
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC; REPEALING ALL OTHER
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE; AND? PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 71-17 required approval of the
Planning and Zoning Board prior to the issuance of certain
building permits? and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, has been dis-
solved, and
WHEREAS? the City Council deems it advisable that the
matter referred to in such Ordinance be treated administratively.
NOW, THEREFORE2 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMA.RC r FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 71-17 of the City of
Tamarac be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION .3: Should any section or provision of this ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be
declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof
as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to
be invalid.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
