ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE RE -ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM THE EXISTING R-1B AND B-1 CLAS-
IFICATIONS TO R-lB, R-3U, R-4A AND S-1;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice
has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the
time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of
the property described herein, and the said public hearing
has been held in accordance with the notice and the public
has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard;
and the Council has examined and investigated the request
for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation
of the Zoning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held by the City
Council pursuant to the Charter_, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission, after public hearing,
has recommended to the City Council that said zoning changed
be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit A are hereby re -zoned from existing
classifications to S-1 classification.
SECTION 2: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit B are hereby re -zoned from existing
classifications to S--1 classification.
SECTION 3: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit C are hereby re -zoned from B-1
classification to R-lB classification.
SECTION 4: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit D are hereby re -zoned from B-1
classification to S-1 classification.
SECTION 5: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof
identified as Exhibit E are hereby re -zoned from B-1
classification to R-lB classification.
SECTION 6: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit F are hereby re -zoned from B-1
classification to S-1 classification.

SECTION 22: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit V are hereby re -zoned from R-lB
classification to R-3U classification.
SECTION 23: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit W are hereby rezoned from R-1B
classification to R-3U classification.

SECTION 24: That those lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit X are hereby re -zoned from R-lB
classification to R-4A classification.
SECTION 25: That the official Zoning Map of the City
of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect these changes, said
changes to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk,
together with the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 25: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 27: This Ordinance shall take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage.
