CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE RE -ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM B-1 TO R-4A; PROVIDING FOR AMEND-
MENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT- SUCH
CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice
has been given in accordance with the applicable law
of the time and place of public hearing regarding the
zoning of the property herein, and the said public hear-
ing has been held in accordance with the notice and the
public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been
heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the
request for the zoning herein and has received the rec-
ommendation of the Zoning Commission of the City of
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held by the City
Council pursuant to the Charter, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission has recommended to the
City Council that said zoning changes be approved after
public hearing thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE$ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That those lands as shown on those certain
legal descriptions attached hereto and made a part hereof,
identified as Exhibit A are hereby re -zoned from B-1 clas-
sification to R-4A classification; subject to site plan
approval.

SECTION 2: That the Official zoning Map of the
City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect this change
of zoning' said change to be initialed by the Mayor and
the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SFCTTON 4: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
