CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.��„.�
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70-13 OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 70-13 established rules and regulations
for the recreational facilities in the various recreational lease
areas throughout the City and for the Tamarac Lakes South Golf
Course, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is not presently operating or
providing active supervision for any such facilities and
WHEREAS, the Casty Council deems the establishment and enforce-
ment of such rules and regulations, under existing circumstances,
to be matters, to be established and regulated by those managing
such facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF The City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION'l: That Ordinance No. 70-13 of the City of Tamarac
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its final passage.
