CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 73-112
TO CHANGE CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR TO CHIEF
BUILDING OFFICIAL; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE REPEALING ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT: PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 73-112 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"That site plans as required herein shall be examined
by the Chief Building Official, and the City Planner, the City
Engineer, the Zoning Commission and approved by the City Council,
prior to issuance of a building permit."
SECTION 2: That in all other respects, Ordinance No.
73-112 is hereby ratified and approved.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordi-
nance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, word or sen-
tence be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remain-
der hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 4:
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its final passage.
