ORDINANCE NO. _ 1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 72--6
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC BY AMENDING ARTICLE
V PLANNED APARTMENT R-4A DISTRICT BY
AMENDING ARTICLE 5.8 THEREOF RELATING
TO PLOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT; PRO-
VIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING
LAWS IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION l: That Ordinance No. 72--6 of the City of
Tamarac, Article V, Section 5.8 thereof, be amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION 5.8 PLOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT
Every plot used for dwelling purposes shall provide
a plot area per dwelling unit of not less than 2640 square feet.
SECTION 2: In all other respects Ordinance 72-6
as previously amended is hereby ratified and affirmed.
SECTION 3: In the event any section, subsection,
paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall
be declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional by a court
of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall in no manner
affect the validity of the remainder of this Ordinance or any
part thereof.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances,
or resolutions or parts of resolutions, in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
