ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES 1-64,
72-6 AND 73-61 OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
BY AMENDING ARTICLE IV -A, LOW DENSITY
MULTIPLE R-3 DISTRICT BY AMENDING
SECTION 4A.8 PLOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEALING ALL LAWS
IN CONFLICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance 1-64, 72-6 and 73-61 of
•the City of Tamarac are hereby amended by amending Article IV -A,
Low Density Multiple R-3 District by amending Section 4A.8
thereof to read as follows:
"Section 4A.8 PLOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT
Every plot used for dwelling purposes shall provide
a plot area per dwelling unit of not less than 3700 square feet."
SECTION 2: In all other respects Ordinances 1-64,
72-6 and 73-61 are hereby ratified and affirmed.
SECTION 3: In the event any section, subsection,
paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall
be declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional by a court
of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall in no manner
affect the validity of the remainder of this Ordinance or any
part thereof.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances,
or resolutions or parts of resolutions, in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
