ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1-64
BY AMENDING ARTICLE I, SECTION 6.02-b
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND SECTION 6.03-b
VARIANCES; BY PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE
IN THE FILING FEES TO $150.00; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEALING ALL LAWS
IN CONFLICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
FLORIDA has determined that the filing fee to the Board
of Adjustment for Special Exceptions and Variances
should be increased to $150.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1-64 is hereby amended
by amending Article 1, Section 6.02-b thereof as follows:
"Such applications shall be accompanied by a fee of
$150.00, which is not refundable."
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 1-64 is hereby amended
by amending Article I, Section 6.03-b thereof as follows:
"Such applications shall be accompanied by a fee of
$150.00, which is not refundable."
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, or
Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its final passage.
