CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO . "7 V
AN ORDNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1-64 and 72-6,
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
AND ORDINANCE NO. 73-61, BY AMENDING ARTICLE IV -A,
PARAGRAPHS 1 AND 2, LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE R-3 DISTRICT;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING LAWS IN CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 7: That Ordinances No. 1--64 and 72-6 and 73-61 of
the City of Tamarac be amended by the amending of Article IV -A,
Section 4-A-1, Paragraph I and Paragraph 2 thereof, as follows:
Section 4-A-1. Paragraph 1. Any use permitted in an R-IB,
R-lC, R-2 or R-3U District subject to the limitations, require-
ments and procedures specified for such use.
Paragraph 2. Multiple dwellings, including multiple dwelling
development under the special exception provisions of
Section 5.13 of this Ordinance and subject to the procedures
and limitations contained therein.
Section 2: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion hereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
Section 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
