CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.: 74- -� 5o
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 71-22;
PROVIDING FOR INCREASE IN FILING PLAT
CHECKING FEE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
SECTION 1: Section 5 Municipal Ordinance No. 71-22 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 5: The filing of the plat shall be accompanied by
the payment of a filing and play, checking fee of $175.00
for each tract."
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herein are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
up its final passage.
