CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
72-30; AMENDING SITE PLAN FEES TO
ACCOMPANY SITE PLANS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION 1: Exhibit "A" as attached to Municipal
Ordinance No. 72--30 as incorporated therein is hereby
amended to read as follows:
RESIDENTIAL: $40.00 per acre for the first 20 acres.
COMMERCIAL:
$20.00 per acre for all over 20 acres,
or $2.00 per unit, whichever is greater,
with a minimum of $200.00.
$80.00 per acre for the first 20 acres.
$40.00 per acre for all. over 20 acres,
or $2.00 per one thousand square feet
of buildings, whichever is greater,
with a minimum of $200.00.
(Attachment to site plan ordinance).
(Also attachment to retainer agreement
with City Planner.)
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
