AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 74-17
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-34 BY PROVIDING
FOR A FILING FEE OF $150.00 FOR THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTI."; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; RE-
PEALING LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
has determined that the filing fee to the Board of Adjustment."•

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 74-17 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That Section 1(4) of Ordinance Noo 74r-34 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION l 4 A ro riations fees and other income.
The City Council is authorized and empowered to appropriate such
funds as it may see fit for salaries, fees and expenses necessary
in the conduct of the work of the Board of Adjustment. The Board
shall have the authorization to expend such sums so appropriated.
Every application to the Board of Adjustments shall be accompanied
by a fee of $150.00.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole
or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.

SECTION 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: The Ordinance shall become effective immediately,
upon its final passage.
