ORDINANCE NO. 7/`� 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-30,
SECTION 4 BY ADDING A FEE FOR AIR CONDI-
TIONING CONTRACTORS AND SUB -CONTRACTORS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
is desirous of amending Ordinance No. 74-30, Section 4:
"Schedule of Fees" in the best interest of the safety, health,
and general welfare of the people of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 4 of Ordinance 74-30 shall be
amended as follows:

The fees established for certificates of competency,
here and before referred to shall be in accordance with
the following schedule, such fees payable annually:
A. Plumbing Contractor and/or Sub -Contractor $50.00
B. Electrical Contractor and/or Sub --Contractor $50.00
C. General Contractor and/or Sub --Contractor $50.00
D. Air Conditioning Contractor and/or Sub-
Cohtract.or _.$50.00
E. All other categories
SECTION 2: Severabil.it
$25.00
All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,
are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: Effective Date
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
final passage.
