CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE
#74-32 BY LOWERING THE MINIMUM SAFETY
BARRIER HEIGHT TO FOUR (4) FEET; RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CI,AUSE; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 3.b. of City Ordinance #74-32 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3 b, The minimum height of the
safety barrier shall be four (4) feet.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the re-
mainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the part
declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, as of the
effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
