AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #74-56 WHICH PROVIDED
FOR STANDARDS FOR DESIGN OF IRRIGATION SYSTEMS BY RE-
QUIRING SUBMISSION OF PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION BY ADDING
AN EXCEPTION; REPEALING EXISTING LAWS IN CONFLICT, PRO-
VIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
is aware of the fact that one of the provisions would be a hardship
on individual owners of single family residences or duplexes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That Section 2, Subsection Six and Seven of Or-
dinance #74-56 will not apply to an individual homeowner of Single family
residence or duplexes.
SECTION II: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby declared to be invalid.
SECTION III: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, word or sentence be declared by
a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not
effect the validity of the remainder hereof, other than the part declared
to be invalid.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage.
