ORDINANCE NO. 7 S-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-41
BY DELETING FROM ARTICLE XVII THEREOF
MASTER LISTS OF BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL
USES DAY NURSERIES EXCEPT BY SPECIAL
EXCEPTION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: Article XVII Master Lists of Business
and Commercial Uses is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or
wbrd be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the part
declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, as of the
effective date of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
