AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES .PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-0 AND R-lC to B-2 and S-1; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and investi- gated the request for the zoning herein and has received the re- commendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No.4-Z-75 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter, and WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearings the petitioner did request to less out .44 acres, more or less, of the overall tract and to delineate same as Parcel "B" and to request said Parcel "B" be rezoned to S-1, and WHEREAS, the petitioner did request that the remaining property in the instant application be delineated as Parcel "A" containing 7.23 acres, more or less, and that the same be rezoned to B-2 as was requested in the original petition for rezoning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Parcel "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-0 and R-lC to B-2 classification. SECTION 2: That those lands described in Parcel "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-1C to S-1 classification. II 1 SECTION 3: That the Official. Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
