CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 42--77-4-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7S-2S9
SECTION 1(a), LINE 11, OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC CODE, TO PROVIDE NOTICE TO PROPERTY
OWNERS BY CERTIFIED MAIL AND/OR ORDINARY
FIRST CLASS MAIL, REPEALING ALL LAWS IN
CONFLICT. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section l(a), line 11, of Ordinance
75-25 shall be amended by adding the following language thereto,
to read as follows:
. . . all property owners within a three hundred
foot (3001) radius of the boundaries of the
subject property shall be notified by certified
mail and/or ordinary first class mail at the option
and direction of the Board of Adjustment . . .
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
