CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
74-31, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE REQUIRE-
MENT FOR SUBMISSION OF AN IMPACT
ANALYSIS ALONG WITH OTHER MATERIALS
REQUIRED FOR COUNCIL REVIEW OF CERTAIN
DEVELOPMENT ;ELATED PETITIONS, SUCH AS
PLATS, SITE PLANS AND ZONING; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tamarac is
desirous of repealing Ordinance 74-31 which established the
requirement for submission of an impact analysis along with
other materials required for Council review of certain
development related petitions, such as plats, site plans
and zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Ordinance 74-31 of the City of Tamarac,
Florida be and it is expressly hereby repealed, as of the
effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of
this ordinance or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, as
of the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION q: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
