ORDINANCE NO. 0- 77__3 0_ _
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM R1B TO S-1; PROVIDING FOR AMEND-
MENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH
CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in
accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public
hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and
the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice
and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been,
heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request
for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No.12-Z-77
by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from RlB classification
to S-1 classification.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said changes to be
initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective
date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4:
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.

• To receive, process and approve all applications
for participation and benefits and to notify the
City Finance Department of approved benefit payments.
. To perform such duties as are specified in the plan.
. To review reports of the Trustee and Investment
Advisor, if any_
• To submit copies of all annual reports to the City
Commission.
• To conduct meetings with the Trustees and/or Invest-
ment Advisor not less than once every three (3)
months of the year.
• Perform any and all other duties as may, from time
to time, be assigned by the City Commission and/or
as is determined by the Board and/or Trustees.
SECTION XVI
Should any section or provisions of this Plan or any portion
hereof or any paragraph, sentence, or word be declared by a
Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole
or any part hereof other than the part declared to be invalid.
