CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-78-2
- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 75-32,
INTERIM SERVICES AND FACILITIES FEE,
SECTION 3, SECTION 4 AND SECTION 6 (b);
REPEALING ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 3, line 5, of Ordinance 75-32
shall be amended by deleting the following language:
"based on the value of land and the improvements
thereon."
SECTION 2:
Section 4 shall
be amended to read
as
follows:
That the Interim
Services and
Facilities Fee
shall
be computed
at the rate of
one percent (17o)
per
annum of the
certified cost
of construction of
the
improvements
but in no event
shall it be less
than
the value of
the improvement
as stated in the
building
permit."
SECTION 3: Section 6 (b), lines 7, 8 and 9 of
Ordinance 75-32 shall be amended to read as follows:
"Example: one percent (1%) X estimated value
of $30,000.00 = $300.00 per annum X 6/1.2 (6 months
remaining) = $150.00."
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its final passage.
