Q r 7d>_41,� AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING FROM B-3 TO R-3U OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BEING A 24 ACRE PORTION OF TRACT 38, LAND SECTION 5 TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST,(DESCRIBED AS LOCATED ON WEST SIDE OF NW 88TH AVENUE FROM FIRE STATION NORTH TO NW 77th STREET AND WEST TO THE CANAL, LESS A TWO ACRE PARCEL AT SOUTHWEST INTERSECTION OF 88TH AVENUE AND 77th STREET); PROVIDING FOR AMEND- MENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition #13-Z-78 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from B-3 classification to R-3U classification. SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said changes to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.1 SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon its passage.
