CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-79-10
AN ORDINANCE INCREASING PARKING FEES AT THE CITY
OF TAMARAC'S MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY; PROVID-
ING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 15-12, Parking Fees - Amounts,
of the Tamarac City Code is hereby amended by deleting the
words that are struck through and inserting the words under-
scored:
The rates or fees to be paid for use of the municipal
parking facility shall be:
(a) Fifty-eents-($9758) One Dollar ($1.00) per day,
per vehicle, per space.
(b) Three-dollars-�$3-993 Five dollars ($5.00) per
week, per vehicle, per space..
(c) Fifteen dollars ($15000) per
month, per vehicle, per space.
(d) One Hundred Fift Dollars ($150.00) per year, per
vehicle, per space.
(e) ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.
SECTION 2: That the vehicle length is limited to 32
feet, other than by special permit of the City Council with
fee to be established at the hearing.
SECTION 3: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this ordinance.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 6: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
