CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. - 7 -
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-171.013 OF THE TAMARAC
CITY CODE PERTAINING TO MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN A B-6 ZONING
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 28-171.013 of the Tamarac City Code is
amended by deleting the words struck through and inserting the words underscored
as set forth below.

Section 28-171.013. Size of plot will read as follows:
Every plot shall be not less than one-half (z) acre in area
and shall have not less than 100 foot minimum frontage.
SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this ordinance or
any portion hereof or any patagraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
