CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-7L
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 18-10 OF THE TAMARAC CITY
CODE WHICH PROVIDES THAT FEES FOR LIMITED WAIVER OF
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE PER-
TAINING TO PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE SET
BY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FOR CODI-
FICATION; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 18-10 of the Tamarac City Code is hereby
created to read as follows:
Section 18-10. The City Council may, by resolution, set application
fees for a limited waiver authorized under Section 18-9 of the City Code.
SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this ordinance or
any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the part de-
clared to be invalid.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage of the final reading.
