FLORIDA:
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. - - l
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-8.4(e) OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE TO ALLOW THE FEES FOR APPLICATIONS
FOR REVISIONS TO SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANS SUBSEQUENT
TO FINAL CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL TO BE SET BY RESOLUTION;
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING REPEALER;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: Section 7-8.4(e) of the Tamarac City Code is
amended by adding the words underscored and deleting the words struck through
as follows:

SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify

Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect

SECTION 5: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
