ORDINANCE NO.O- 1- 4/7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-5 OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE TO ALLOW THE FEES FOR
PLAT FILING AND CHECKING TO BE SET BY
RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;
PROVIDING REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERA-
BILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE. —
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC`-,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 20-5 of the Tamarac City Code is amended
by adding the words underscored and deleting the words struck through
as follows:
Sec. 20-5 Plat Filing and Checking Fee.

Fees for plat filing and checking shall be set by resolu-
tion of the City Council.
SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify
this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
any part hereof other than the part declared to be invalid.

SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
