BOOK 5454, AT PAGE 252, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING LOCATED ON THE EAST AND CqEST SIDES OF SABAL PALM BOULEVARD NORTH, NORTH OF AND ADJACENT TO THE GARDENS OF SABAL PALMS AND SABAL PALM CONDOMINIUMS); PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: FINDING OF FACT A determination is hereby made by the City Council that the easement described in Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for public purposes and, accordingly, the easement interest shoald revert to the private party(ies) owning the property burdened bV the easement to be vacated. SECTION 2: The easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such easement shall no longer be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the City of Tamarac, Florida. SECTION 3:.Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of oonpetent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
