FOR THE REZONING OF cm' ww REAL PROPERTY FROM R-4A (PLANNED
APART VOM - 15 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE) TO R 4-10 (PLANNED
APA C74EN .'S - 10 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE) DESCRIBED AS A '
PORTION PARCEL "L" OF THE PLAT OF WOODLANDS LAKES, AS RECORDED -
IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS dF BPDNARD
CO[]nY (OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS THOSE LANDS ON THE EAST SIDE
OF NW 88 AVENUE, SOUTH OF THE COLONY WEST GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE
SITE); PRWIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OMICIAL ZONING MAP TO
REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SE"VERABILITY; PROVIDING AN
EFF"IVE DATE
MEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City
of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable
law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the property
described herein and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the
notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and
the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has
received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac; and
WaREAS, public hearing has been held on petition #27-Z-81 bT the
City Council, pursuant to the Charter.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED B,' THE COU gCLL Or, THE CIr: OF T NJAMC,
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and riade a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-4A (Planned Apartments - 15 dwelling;
units per acre) to MI-10 (Planned Apartments - 10 dwelling units per acre).
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning �;ap of the City of Tamarac shall
be changed to reflect in the zoninC, said changes to be initialed by the 11avor and
the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to thee extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any
portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to

SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
final passage.
