ORDINANCE NO. 0- -d2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES,
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM R-1B (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO
RM-10.(PLANNED APARTMENTS) (OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED A BEING THAT
PORTION OF VACANT LAND EAST OF RESIDENTIAL LOTS IN MAINLANDS 15
(VANGUARD VILLAGE) EXTENDING EASTWARD APPROXIMATELY 510 FEET ON THE
NORTH AND 330 FEET ON THE SOUTH AND MEASURING 970 FEET IN LENGTH);
PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accorda
with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regar
the zoning of the property described herein and the said public heari
has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been
given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has
examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has
received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 47-2-80
the City Council,.pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in/Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof are hereby reooned from R-1B to RM-10
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of'Tamar�E
shall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initial
by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of
this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declar
by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon Tamarac Temporary,Ordinance #930 becoming effective.
