No. 991 Rev. 7/14/82 AN ORDIMANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-4 (APARTMENTS) TO B-5 (LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT) SAID LANDS BEING A PORTION OF SECTION b, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, }MANGE 41 EAST, BROIIARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING ON THE EAST SIDE OF NOB HILL ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 800-FEET SOUTH OF N.W. 77.STREET;_ PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the'City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accords with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regard the zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearir. has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac; and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition #10-Z-82 by the City -Council, pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION l: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-4 to B-5. SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initiale by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
